The challenge
Daily material operations can become confusing when requests, confirmations, issues, and returns are handled across different screens or manual steps.
The approach
FlowStock is a prototype workflow system with separate Operator and Team Lead views, order statuses, material sending, confirmation, issue handling, backshift flow, and return/close logic.
What changed
The prototype makes the process easier to understand, reduces confusion between roles, and shows how operational workflows can be turned into simple digital tools.
